Percentee™ aim is your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date with exceptions. Personalized items are not returnable/refundable. Domestic returns are accepted. International returns are not accepted.

Shipping and handling charge are not refundable.

If the purchase is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
